The four promises

What every Skalable engagement is held to

01

Clarity

Scope in and out is explicit, in writing, before work starts.

Breaking it looks like: “I assumed the report was included.” A ticket with no acceptance criteria.

02

Visibility

Status is pushed to the client on a fixed cadence; the client never has to ask.

Breaking it looks like: A client emails “any update?” A weekly update skipped because nothing changed.

03

Timeliness

The date given is the date hit. If it will slip, the client hears it first, early, with a reason and a new date.

Breaking it looks like: Telling the client on the due date, or after they ask.

04

No surprises

Scope change is a conversation before the work, never after the invoice.

Breaking it looks like: An invoice line the client did not expect.

Financial control

The numbers are right, reconciled and auditable.

Operational speed

Processes take less time and fewer hands.

Reliable systems

Integrations, batch jobs and environments work and are monitored.

Better decisions

Reporting on reconciled data, in time to act.

Five capabilities

From implementation to outcomes

  • 1

    ERP implementation and optimisation

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, NetSuite.

  • 2

    Managed support and continuous improvement

Post-go-live support desks, enhancement backlogs, release management and upgrades.

  • 3

    Integration and data

Matrix integration middleware, reconciliation-first integrations, Power BI reporting.

  • 4

    Finance automation products

    Skalable Stream for AP automation.

  • 5

    AI Finance Agents

AP Autopilot, Bank Reconciliation Agent, Risk & Compliance Agent.

Operating rule

Deterministic where money moves. AI where judgment is needed. A human approves.

Order to the doorstep

  • Scope is written down and confirmed before work starts. If it is not in the SOW, it is not in scope.
  • Work is tracked in Jira and time in Tempo, so the client and Skalable see the same picture.
  • Status is pushed on a cadence, not extracted by the client asking.
  • “Done” means the client has confirmed with evidence. Deployment is not done.

Products — none required, all available

  • Stream AP automation — invoice capture, matching and approval on top of D365 and Business Central.
  • Matrix Integration middleware — reconciliation-first, idempotent, replayable.
  • Finance agents Bank Reconciliation Agent, AP Autopilot, Risk & Compliance Agent.
